The house on water in Wojnowo is located on the picturesque Dus Lake, adjacent to a historic monastery dating back to the 18th century, which adds to the historical character of the place. The panorama of the lake, combined with the view of the monastery, creates an unforgettable setting, combining natural beauty with elegant design. The stunning view brings a feeling of harmony and tranquility. Surrounding the house is a spacious terrace with hammocks – the perfect place to relax and unwind. Immerse yourself in nature while enjoying luxury and modern comfort.
Comfort and convenience
Water Hideout offers 30 sqm of comfortable space, the heart of which is a minimalist and elegant interior. The house includes a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed (for two people), a kitchenette and a bathroom. The glass walls of the living room allow uninterrupted contact with nature, offering views of the lake and surrounding landscape.
The entire living space is surrounded by a terrace, which becomes an additional, fully functional room, ideal for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchenette provides the convenience of cooking, while the proximity to nature encourages you to dine outdoors. A spacious rooftop terrace with wooden flooring, a yoga area, sun loungers and a barbecue awaits you, where you can enjoy shared moments under the stars.
Activities on water and land
House on water Wojnowo is an ideal base for active recreation. Waiting for you on the water are kayaks and SUP boards, which allow you to admire the lake from a completely new perspective. There are also many bike paths in the area, ideal for exploring the surrounding forests and villages, where life goes on in a peaceful rhythm. Walking through the surrounding forests, you have the chance to meet wild animals such as deer, roe deer and wild boar. There are also plenty of opportunities for land-based activities in the area, from yoga to exercise to dancing on the roof of the lodge.
Additional services/information
For those looking for even more comfort, there is an additional service such as a sauna. This unique barrel-shaped sauna, located on a platform right next to the house on water, offers an unforgettable experience of relaxation in harmony with nature. The half-glass window provides a panoramic view of the tranquil water surface and surrounding landscape, allowing you to enjoy being close to nature during each session. It’s the perfect place to relax your body and mind, and after your session, cool off in the clear waters of Lake Dus.
With your comfort in mind, we offer the possibility to order additional services, such as grocery shopping or flower delivery. These services must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and there is an additional operating fee of 220 PLN. The chalet also has barbecue equipment, and a rooftop terrace awaits you for relaxation, with the possibility to organize communal meals outdoors and partying under the stars.
If the key is lost, a fee of 350 PLN will be charged. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, it is absolutely forbidden to throw cigarette butts into the water. We are also not responsible for items lost in the water or anywhere else in or out of the house.
A reminder about safety and environmental protection!
Water surrounds the house on all sides, which makes it necessary to be extra careful. We ask that all items that may fall into the lake be kept in safe places. Additionally, due to its location in the heart of the wilderness, we encourage you to respect the surrounding environment. Any waste should only be thrown into the waste garbage cans so as not to pollute the beautiful nature.
Although the house provides all the necessary safety measures, such as a first aid kit, life jackets and a lifebelt, the responsibility for yourself and your loved ones rests with the guests. Always take care of your safety and follow the rules to ensure a comfortable stay.
